Terms of Service
These terms describe how members, visitors, and approved partners may use Barakah during the launch phase.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. About Barakah
Barakah connects members with Muslim-friendly local offers while supporting community work. Members may access member benefits when their account is active. Businesses may apply to publish offers after review by the Barakah team.
Barakah is not a bank, stored-value product, gift card, or guaranteed discount program. Offers are provided by participating businesses and remain subject to the terms shown in the directory or confirmed by Barakah staff.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using your membership only as intended. Family or household access may be limited by the membership level shown in your account.
Barakah may pause, limit, or close access if information is inaccurate, payment is no longer current, or use of the service creates risk for members, businesses, community partners, or the Barakah team.
3. Contributions and payments
Member payments and optional business sponsorships may be processed through Zeffy or another approved payment provider. Payment provider terms also apply.
Contribution amounts, billing timing, cancellations, receipts, and failed-payment handling may depend on the payment provider and the plan selected at signup.
4. Member offers
Member offers are made available by participating businesses. Before using an offer, review the business listing for minimum purchases, exclusions, availability, location limits, and other terms.
Barakah may update, remove, or pause a listing if a business changes its offer, becomes inactive, or no longer fits the network standards.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape directory data at scale, impersonate another person or business, submit inaccurate application details, interfere with site security, or use Barakah in a way that harms the network.
Barakah may investigate misuse and restrict access where needed to protect the community, members, businesses, and launch partners.
6. Changes and availability
Barakah is a launch-stage service. Features, business rules, offers, account pages, and supported locations may change as the network is reviewed and improved.
