Business Partner Terms

Submitting a business application does not create a self-serve account or guarantee approval. Barakah reviews business fit, public listing details, and the proposed member offer before a listing appears publicly.

The person submitting the application must be authorized to share the business information and discuss the offer with Barakah.

Approved listings may display the business name, category, description, public phone number, website, social media, logo, images, addresses, hours, offer details, minimum purchase, exclusions, and location applicability.

Businesses are responsible for providing accurate offer terms and honoring approved offers while they are active. Offers should be clear enough for staff and members to understand before checkout.

Business name, logo, description, contact details, social links, locations, and offer changes may require Barakah review before they appear publicly. Review is expected to take approximately one to five business days during launch, depending on staff availability and the type of change.

Sponsorship is optional and separate from application approval. Sponsorship may affect visibility benefits only when Barakah has accepted the sponsorship and configured the listing accordingly. Sponsorship does not guarantee permanent placement or approval.

Barakah may request clarification, pause a listing, reject an application, or remove a business from the directory if information is inaccurate, the offer is no longer available, the business no longer fits the network, or continued listing creates risk for members or the community.
